On-Line Dawg Duty Sign-up
- As the home game schedules are made available, Dawg Duty on-line sign-up forms will be available here.
- Click the link below for the home game and the sign-up page will open in a new browser window.
- Select the available Dawg Duty you wish to perform. Available duties will be represented by an “Available Dawg Duty” button. Dawg duties that have already been claimed by someone will display the person’s name and contact information.
- Click the Available Dawg Duty button and complete the requested information. Note that an undo code is requested. Make a note of the undo code you enter so that you can remove your sign-up at a later time. When finished click the “Claim Dawg Duty” button.
- The Dawg Duty administrator will be able to download the volunteer schedule to a spreadsheet to assist with record keeping.
- The sign-up for each game will close at 7 p.m. the night before game day.
- In the event that you need to change the Dawg Duty you have signed up for (prior to the sign-up closing), return to the sign-up page and click the “undo” button under your name. You will be required to provide your undo code in order to remove your sign-up. This will make the duty available for others to claim.
- Check the schedule weekly as the schedule and Dawg Duty report times can change!
